３月に播種をした春大根の入荷が始まりました。　約６０日でとれるまで

成長しました。　早く採れるそば(播種後７５日収穫）より早くできます。

①大きく育ち収穫前です。

②農家の方が収穫して、納入しています。

③漬けあがった大根です。

これからおいしい沢庵になります。
